Alice Watts - 2nd Vice Regent

Alice became interested in genealogy some years ago when her son joined Ancestry.com and began asking questions about the family tree. Alice’s family goes back to the late 1600’s in Pennsylvania, and had ancestors that fought in both the Revolutionary War and Civil War. The following year while sailing aboard one of the many Tall Ships she has crewed, she learned about DAR from a member and accepted an invitation to visit the next meeting. Alice enjoys the many aspects of DAR meetings and outings. She has become the “barista”, providing the tea and coffee during meetings.

Terry’s interest in genealogy was sparked by a photo of her 3rd great-grandfather who fought for the north in the Civil War and after hours of research with her father, she eventually made the link to join DAR in 2019. When she’s not working, you might find her gardening, researching her family genealogy, at a baseball game (Go Giants!) or practicing yoga.

Debra Levin - Librarian

Since hearing of her Puritan descendant’s escape from England and arrival in Cape Cod in 1639, Debra has enjoyed researching and learning about her family’s storied past. Her interest in DAR and her family’s participation in the American Revolution peaked when reading a book to her son, A Patriot Lad of Old Cape Cod, that included tales about her patriot. A history buff, Debra enjoys adventures with her husband and two adult children, reading nonfiction, gardening and trying recipes from her family heirloom cookbooks.
